Hi everyone! You may have noticed that I have maintained radio silence this month...I have been working on a new project! If you have been following us from the beginning, you probably know that this blog was intended to be only a temporary way to update friends and family on the latest developments while the twins and I were in the hospital. However, since so many of you have expressed how much you love watching the babies grow through my posts, I have decided that the blog is here to stay! That being said, many of you also know that I just can't leave well enough alone ;) I wanted the blog to be a little more sophisticated and reader-friendly, and to be a place where I could post about my hobbies, interests, and projects along with updates on our family. And a new blog was born!

The first post is #1 in a series of three to come about the twins' first birthday festivities. I'm a little sad that this is the last post on "The Haass Twins," but excited about a new blog beginning!
